Our Objective
Please contact us for a free evaluation that will help determine where we can provide the most value to your business. Together we will identify an affordable plan that will meet your needs.
- Hourly, Project and Retainer rates available
- One hour minimum required for all projects
- Project rates determined by the complexity and scope of work to be performed.
- A 40% surcharge will be added for all rush, after hours and weekend requests.
- All pricing will be agreed upon in advance unless otherwise stated.
Customer Care Retainer Plans (Please call for Pricing)
- Plan 1: 10 hours per month
- Plan 2: 20 hours per month
- Plan 3: 40 hours per month
Retainer rates are billed monthly and payable in advance. Additional hours billed at discounted hourly rate.
